@Senefleder55 ill work on drinkin carrot juice thanks man….tea tree works for some…some it can damage badly….best was drinkin lots of water n stay away from fried stuff lots of other things in the menu these dais anywaz……very hard to stop fried its lyk heroine

@14jackthelad make sure your face isn’t being over dried when you wash it, or that the wash you’re using isn’t too strong for your skin… and if you have long hair, that could be adding to your acne… maybe you wanna see a dermatologist (sp?) that might help. good luck!
can i just say something i drink about 8 pints of water a day for the last 2 weeks or so nothing only water ive get a bath 2 times a day cus there ment to be good for u ive sleep really early nothing works now ive got to go meet my gf next week ive not seen her in ages n shes not gonner like it ive got like 15 tiny spots but there horrible i dont like them so i told her to dump me she did not so i dumpt her cus i did not want her to see me so im really pissed off that nothing ever works
