Acne or pimple is a common ailment in young people during their teen age. This occurs due to some hormonal changes in the body. It particularly occurs in the young age, from 12 to 16 years of age, and is more common in those who have an oily skin. Chronic forms of acne may occur over the shoulders, the back and chest as well as face and neck.

Diet is not responsible for acne but certain foods may produce this condition, especially in some patients. Rich foods such as chocolate, nuts, soft drinks, fatty meals and increased sugar, may produce this condition. Certain drugs such as those containing bromides and iodides may also produce acne in some patients. Some girls develop pimples before menstruation. These remain for only one or two days. When acne remains for months or years, something should be done to remove the condition. Nervous tension due to family trouble may also play an important role in creating this problem.

Acne rosacea is an abnormal redness and irritation of the face and nose. It may also occur on the cheeks, chin, and forehead at times. Acne rosacea occurs more commonly in middle-aged people. But sometimes it is also seen in children and young adults, particularly if there has been similar trouble in past generations of their family. Excess of heat, cold and wind may also produce more pimples on the affected skin. It is not a serious problem as it disappears with the age.

To prevent the acne keep the skin clean by washing two or three times a day with fresh water. Apply warm moist towels to the face for ten or fifteen minutes. If pus has formed under the skin, do not open the pimple until it is ready to drain. Squeezing and pinching of the skin may extend the inflammation and delay healing, and may also cause scarring of the face.

Most of the acne occurs due to wrong eating habits, such as irregular eating, excessive eating of starch, sugars, fatty foods and fried foods. Chronic constipation can also lead to acne. If the stools are not passed properly, the waste matter remains in the body as it is not discharged and makes the blood toxic. This accumulation of toxic substances in the body leads to acne and other forms of skin diseases. Other causes of the skin diseases are the unhealthy conditions of the skin, habits, excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, or tobacco, and sedentary habits, which lead to indigestion and general debility.

A common bias says that men’s skin care products and routines do not exist, and that these beauty procedures are only for women but little do they know that male skin care is as important, and men and should take it more seriously . That is the past. These days, men take good care of their epidermis as much as women do. In fact, they pay so much attention to their skin that male-targeted products are more available in the market. There are even shops exclusively for male skin care.

The first step to purchase one of these products, especially crème, is to know your skin type. There are a variety of male skin care products available in the market, and it is difficult to know what is best for you if you do not know what skin type you have. The procedure also depends on the condition and the nature of the skin. Essential oils that are found in the skin and their response to the weather conditions contributing factors often dictate our epidermis type.

These facts bring us to the basic question of how we can find out a person’s skin or our own for that matter? If you want to use products for younger and revitalized skin types, whether it’s the right thing for you then take a closer look at these five easy male skin care tips to determine your type.

Tip 1:

If your pores are unclogged and small and have very few spots, we can say that you enter in the “normal”. If your skin does not shine after washing it and if your complexion is rosy and elastic, the skin is normal.

Tip 2:

Common breakouts, dirty and clogged pores especially in the nose and upper cheeks determine an oily type. A Man’s skin type is oily if it seems to shine after washing the face and is extremely smooth without fine lines and wrinkles. A special kind of men’s skin care product is needed in this case.

Tip 3:

Dry skin is identified if pores are difficult to detect, or the pores are small. Wrinkles and fine lines, the appearance of crow’s feet and flaky, thin or transparent epidermis layers are also signs of dry skin. Many skin care products usually target this problem so many men suffer from a lack of moisture.

Tip 4:

Your skin may be a combination of the above if some areas are oily and other dry. These conditions can be from your chin to the bridge of the nose and across the forehead in a T-shaped form, also known as T-zone. It is not rare for men to have this skin type. In this case there are different conditions in different parts of the body, therefore special men’s skin care products are needed to target every area.

Tip 5:

Skin that is easily irritated when in wind, cold and sunlight, is the sensitive skin type. A Man’s skin type is also categorized as sensitive if they are irritated when using cosmetics or products.

It is better to know your skin type so that you can buy the right products for you. With this knowledge it is the first step towards true skin care. Additionally, if you know which products to use, you can avoid the problems and have a younger, more radiant skin.

We normally lose hair everyday. We lose about 100-150 strands a day but if you are losing more hair than the normal daily hair loss, there is definitely a problem. Losing hair can be a very distressing problem and it is important to know how to solve hair loss problems.

Hair loss can be a symptom of other health issues so it is best to consult your doctor if you feel you have health concerns. In most cases, hair loss is not a life threatening problem but it is more of a beauty or physical appearance concern. Hair loss problems can lead to emotional stress and anxiety to most people. It is a great concern especially to those who are very conscious with their looks and self image.

Here are some tips to solve hair loss problems:

Avoid too much hair manipulation and harsh treatments. Frequent shampooing can irritate the scalp and can cause hair problems. For women, hair manipulations like the use of hair irons and treatments like hair coloring, bleaching, curling, straightening and perming can damage your hair and can lead to hair loss. If you want to solve your hair loss problems, you have to avoid harsh hair treatments and be gentle to your hair.

Another way to solve hair loss problems is by avoiding habits that can worsen hair loss like habitual hair pulling and combing your hair with your fingers. Brushing wet hair can also worsen your hair problems because hair is at its weakest when it is wet. To keep your crowning glory, avoid practices and habits that are not good to your hair.

Proper diet and regular exercise are also essential if you want to solve hair loss problems. Vitamins and nutrients deficiency can lead to thinning and falling hair. Have a well-balanced diet with protein and natural oils to stimulate hair growth. Regular exercise is also important if you want to solve hair loss problems. Stress is one of the factors that can influence hair loss. Physical activities, exercises and relaxation techniques can help release stress and improve your body’s blood circulation including your scalp.

Hair loss can be a very devastating experience and anyone will try anything to solve this problem. Even though many people would wish to associate cellulite with women who are overweight, the truth is that it is actually prevalent in women of all sizes. It becomes an image problem in months of summer and spring when people want to put on shorts and short skirts. The condition is caused by fat cells becoming larger and holding together in groups and sneaking through the collagen connective tissue beneath the skin’s surface leaving dimples that appear like the peel of an orange.

The reason why it looks like women are most affected by cellulite is because their subcutaneous fat layer is separated by thin vertical columns as opposed to the crisscross network in men.  When the fat cells are unable to remove excess saturated fats and toxins they just simply expand. There is also a contribution by the poor circulation of lymph which carries waste products and toxins from different body tissues to add to the problem. There is also a role that is played by the many female hormones.

So what are the major contributing factors?

Some of the causes of cheese skin condition which is its nickname are : heredity, vascular and digestive disorders, systematic diseases, sedentary lifestyles, pregnancy, wrong posture, damaged veins, unhealthy diet, fatty foods, stress etc. it can also depend on other conditions like the thickness of you skin and age. Postnatal women and those taking birth control pills get affected too because the body’s waste disposal system becomes overwhelmed by the amount of estrogen flowing in the body. There are also times when it occurs after a traumatic injury when the circulatory system becomes destabilized.

How can one reduce it?

If there is a single challenge women want to avoid at all cost in today’ fashion conscious generation, then this is the thing. Not one woman wants to watcher smooth velvety skin begin to have bumps and ripples and loose its elasticity. There a few procedures one can consider:

Liposuction: the fatty deposits are found in the topmost superficial layer of fat under the skin. Liposuction is done on the second deep later of fat. That means this expensive procedure does not offer complete relief. Laser treatment: It is sometimes used together with liposuction to improve the results in a shorter time. Dermatologists use machines to pinch the skin and smooth the fatty cells. These tow procedure are unreachable to many because of the costs involved. Creams and supplements: There are many creams and supplements which claim to deal with the cheese skin condition but none seem to deliver permanent results.  They claim to have positive effects on the body such as improving circulation, protecting against cell damage and breaking down fats. Massage: This is also a way to improve circulation and reduce cellulite which can be combined with creams for faster results. There are hand held massage brushes with wooden or rubber pegs which are very affordable.
